In this role, you will:

• Perform advanced ophthalmic diagnostics and microsurgical procedures
• Diagnose and manage complex ocular diseases
• Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Collaborate with our general practice, urgent care, and support teams
• Help shape the continued growth of our ophthalmology service
• Contribute positively to a culture of learning, teamwork, and excellence

You may be a wonderful fit if you are:

• A Board-Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist or residency-trained candidate
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Oregon
• Dedicated to practicing thoughtful, high-quality medicine
• Skilled in ophthalmic diagnostics and surgery

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000$250,000, with additional earning potential through a monthly production bonus with no negative accrual. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
