This position prefers prior experience with judgment collections foreclosure or bankruptcy proceedings, including liens, court dockets, preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and affidavits, as well as familiarity with real estate documents, such as title work and deeds.Position Description:Answering correspondence and phone callsFormat, revise, and finalize correspondencePractice management software data entryHelp with the preparation of documentsAssist with team projectsFile pleadings, motions, and affidavits based on deadlinesOptimum Skills:Excellent personal skillsMust be available weekdays between 8:00am - 5:00pm for in-office work.
