We're hiring a Physical Therapist for a well-established, therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Los Angeles. This role offers a flexible day schedule (Mon-Fri) in a small, collaborative yet autonomous environment focused on orthopaedics and sports medicine.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative yet autonomous environment, delivering high-quality care to an active patient population.
Our clinic is well-established and highly respected among patients and referring physicians, including top MDs in Los Angeles. We specialize in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.

Patient Population & Practice
- Primarily active patients (ages 25-65, with a broader range from teens to 80s)
- Mix of private insurance and ~19% Medicare
- Minimal workers' compensation cases
- Focus on orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation
- Emphasis on manual therapy + exercise prescription
- Weekly mentorship (1 hr/week for new grads)
- Manual therapy focus
- Exposure to clinic operations
Schedule Options
- Preferred: 4x10 schedule: Monday-Thursday (7 AM - 6 PM), flexible for the right candidate 5x8 schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Flexibility available based on candidate needs
- Some evening coverage required
