Location: Village West Apartments, Auburn, AL
Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician II with HVAC certification and EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification . If you're reliable, hands-on, and passionate about property maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areas
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently
Complete work orders promptly and professionally
Assist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs
Ensure property grounds and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements:

HVAC Certification (Required)
EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification (Required)
Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
