Phoenix Rising is a growing ABA provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families. We focus on individualized, play-based therapy that promotes meaningful progress and long-term success.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and caring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Phoenix Rising ABA is a clinician-owned and operated ABA agency seeking dependable, compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, home-based ABA services to children and families in Central New Jersey.

What we're looking for
- A dependable professional who can consistently commit to an assigned schedule
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate vehicle insurance
- Strong communication and professional boundaries
- Comfort working one-on-one with children in their homes and collaborating with caregivers
- Willingness to follow treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with the supervising BCBA
- An active RBT certification for positions and insurance plans that require it; other candidates may be considered where permitted
Our biggest priority is reliability and consistency for the families we serve. We are looking for team members who understand that showing up consistently is an essential part of providing quality care.
