Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rome, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Description As a Med Surg RN, you will provide exceptional care to patients in a telemetry setting. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans. This role requires strong IV skills and the ability to work with cardiac drips and EKG readings. You will be expected to float to Medical Surgical units as needed, and every other weekend and holiday shifts are mandatory.
