What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and monitor ongoing condition trends
• Prepare, administer, and chart prescribed medications, including IV therapy; manage wound care and specialized equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medication schedules, and safety instructions
• Recognize early signs of deterioration and intervene promptly to stabilize patients
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital standards
• Adhere to hospital policies, including attendance and punctuality policies (note: strict attendance policy in effect)

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Med Surg or Telemetry experience in a hospital setting
• Strong assessment, medication management, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work night shifts reliably and independently
