About the Position

As a Sandwich Artist, you'll create quality sandwiches for our customers, maintain a clean work area, and provide excellent customer service. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work alone if needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

About the Position

Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items to Subway standards
- Provide friendly and prompt service to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management
- Cash handling and basic transactions
- Working with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill their orders from start to finish
- Being a Team player
- Reliability: Must consistently show up on time and be dependable
- Flexibility: Able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, and work across multiple locations in Union City as needed
- Self-Motivation: Comfortable working alone if required especially for night shifts.
