CLIENT RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVESOur Client Relations Representatives are dedicated, flexible, hardworking, and people oriented. Successful Client Relations Representatives put their relationship skills to the test and regularly exercising their on-the-spot decision making talents.A day in the life of a Client Relations Representative varies, but regular activities include: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company;Process on-line orders in a call center environment;Find solutions to customer service issues;At times, they will assist other coworkers such as during times of peak activity, absences and planned time off.
