Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; reduces waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs; assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolves member issues. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
