Currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse book of business, assisting senior account managers, and delivering top-notch service to clients in a fast-paced yet enjoyable work environment. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Provide full-service account management from A-Z for a book of business with at least $500,000 in revenue ($5-7 million in premium). Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing accounts, including construction and generalist accounts. Ensure timely and accurate servicing of policies, including renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries. Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes (experience with EPIC is a plus but not required). Qualifications/Requiremen ts Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing a book of business of comparable size. Technical Skills : Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented mindset.
