Plant Operator II: Precision Process & Safety Leader

What You’ll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment, machinery, and control systems. Perform routine equipment checks, inspections, and adjustments. Record accurate production and process data throughout the shift. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance activities. Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards. Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members during shift changeovers. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment. Ability to follow established procedures and read gauges/instruments. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
