MAIN ACTIVITIES:

1.- You should know the tools, gauges, and measurement techniques in the process and for foot studies.

2.- You should be able to understand, write, and generate Q.A. reports either on paper or on a computer

3.- You should understand the basic samples of the inspection plan and the quality system.

4.- Internal calibration of some measuring equipment such as indicators, calipers, micrometers, etc.

5.- Generate defect reports per million, Pareto charts, and process audits.

6.- Repair of measuring instruments.

7.- Coordination and reporting of process audits.

8.- Control the areas of non-conforming raw materials and non-conforming finished products.

9.- Carry out the environmental management system corresponding to the processes established for the position

and the preparation and response to emergencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Preferably a Technical or High School degree.

Experience: 2 years as an Assistant.

Training: Knowledge of Basic Metrology, Internal Auditor, and G&D-TOPS.
