Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement.Expected Start Date: September 2024 Responsibilities:
- Execute on implemented Sales Operations processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvements
- Monitor CRM data for multiple Business Development partners
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review process
- Assist in resolving sales operations issues and inquiries.
- Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM data
- Assist in responding to all RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as needed
- Develop and maintain Sales Orders in SAP
- Assist in the processing of reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology tools, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Direct Government contracting experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and attending virtual or in-person meetings.
- Frequent use of hands for typing, handling documents, and operating computer equipment.
- Good vision and hearing for effective communication, data analysis, and reviewing documents.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to move around office areas, including bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Capability to handle high levels of stress and maintain focus during complex operational tasks and interactions with various teams.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%), which may involve extended periods of standing, walking, and carrying luggage.
The company participate in E-Verify to ensure eligibility for employment and compliance with Right to Work rules. Requirements:
- Associate degree with relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, executing on tactical tasks daily
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven expertise in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Some travel required (up to 10%)
