Warehouse Associate

Job Description The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, packaging, and shipment of medical devices and instrumentation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control procedures Organize and stock warehouse inventory and materials Process shipping documentation and tracking information Assist with packaging, labeling, and kitting of medical devices and surgical instruments Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts Follow all company quality system and safety requirements Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or distribution experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality work Company Description Extremity Medical is an orthopedic implant and instrument company focused on fusion and motion preservation in the foot and ankle, and hand and wrist.
