The Opportunity: A GP-only role inside a 24/7 hospital, with emergency support available in-house. Practice top-tier general medicine with access to advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and hospitalization resources. Partner with an in-hospital ER team while keeping your primary focus on scheduled GP care. Join a supportive, flexible, large DVM team where work/life balance is a stated priority. At least 3-5 years of DVM experience in a small animal GP setting isrequiredfor this role. The Resources: 21 veterinarians on team in a 24-hour-capable hospital. 20 exam rooms anda state-of-the-artmedical complex built in 2023. Two surgical suites for general surgery, orthopedics, and emergency surgery. Double dental suite with digital dental x-ray. Large in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and echocardiogram options. Canine and feline ICU spaces, with separate isolation options for disease management. Compensation & Benefits: Starting base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000. Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual. 401(k) with company match.
