Philly Pretzel Factory is looking for a motivated, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Hershey area team! If you’re positive, reliable, and passionate about great service, we want to hear from you. Help us build a fun, productive workplace!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations and motivate your team
Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory
Deliver excellent customer service
Train, coach, and support staff development
Work alongside your team on the floor
Help maintain P&L awareness and cost control
Communicate clearly and professionally

Requirements:

Experience in customer service & staff management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must have reliable transportation
Must be available for daytime and weekend shifts

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with catering or food service
Interest in local marketing and promotions
Social media or B2B sales experience
