QUICK FACTS Freelancing/Contracting Start: ASAP 100% remote Duration: long-term 12+ months Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible Language: English (no German needed) German business hours REQUIREMENTS Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Hands‑on experience implementing and configuring the Customer Service Management (CSM) module to streamline case management, customer interactions, and SLA tracking Proven expertise with the Sales and Order Management (SOM) module, driving quote‑to‑cash processes, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition workflows Strong background in solution consulting for technical pre‑sales, translating customer requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions and delivering compelling demos Experience in the retail industry Are you interested?
