Pioneer Investigation Services is currently hiring Armed Security Officers for Full and part-time positions at faith-based community facilities in the DFW area.
We are looking for professional, dependable, and customer-service-focused officers who can provide a safe and welcoming environment for community members, staff, visitors, and families.
This position requires strong professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to work respectfully in a religious/community setting.
Requirements:
Applicants must:
- Have a valid Texas Level III Armed Security License
- Have a clean background and be able to pass a background check
- Have no felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history
- Have good customer service and communication skills
- Be professional, dependable, and punctual
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to work in Plano, Irving, Sachse, Richardson, Carrollton, and surrounding DFW areas
- Be able to follow post orders and company policies
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and special events as needed
Job Duties:
- Provide armed security services at assigned locations
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Greet and assist community members, visitors, and staff when needed
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Help maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Follow site procedures and company post orders
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior security, law enforcement, military, or public safety experience
- Experience working at schools, religious centers, community centers, or events
- Strong de-escalation and communication skills
Pay: Based on experience and assignment
Qualified applicants must be professional, reliable, respectful, and able to maintain a high standard of conduct while on duty.
