Local 13-week contract, or ongoing PRN/per-diem

Hours

36 40 hours/week (local contract) or self-scheduled PRN shifts

Pay Rate

$58.00 $75.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce high-quality diagnostic MRI images per protocol, ARRT/ARMRIT and accreditation standards
Perform patient safety pre-screening for contraindications; enforce MR zone/access restrictions
Start and discontinue peripheral IVs using aseptic technique; administer MR contrast; identify and escalate adverse reactions per protocol
Operate MRI scanners; select appropriate coils/imaging techniques
Demonstrate proficiency in EMR, PACS, and DICOM systems
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality; collaborate with radiologists and the care team

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification
Texas MRT license
BLS/CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
Minimum 1 3 years MRI experience
Demonstrated contrast administration & venipuncture competency
