This position will be provided State training to pass Medications. What You'll Do As an Experienced Resident Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing. Providing companionship and emotional support to residents. Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members. Helping maintain a clean and organized living environment. Supporting residents in following their care plans and routines. Collaborating with other team members to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere. What We're Looking For We're seeking a compassionate and skilled individual who meets the following qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Resident Assistant or in a similar caregiving role. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a caring demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team.
