Job Description - Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient (260003NG) Job Description Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient - ( 260003NG ) Description The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes. This role collaborates with healthcare teams to improve pharmacotherapy and support overall community health. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the medication-use system and delivering individualized pharmaceutical care within assigned areas. The position upholds Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values in every aspect of practice. Qualifications Education Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy Experience Qualifications Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required. Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
