Physical Therapist

Staff Physical Therapist Part‑time position. Pay: $50–$65 per hour. Schedule Any three weekdays (Monday–Friday) from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities Initiate and maintain therapeutic programs by developing personalized treatment plans to enable patients to achieve their goals. Conduct evaluations by administering initial assessments, identifying primary impairments, and using outcome measures to create effective treatment plans. Implement treatment programs including therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, home evaluations, orthotic/assistive device recommendations, and therapeutic home programs. Engage patients in mobility, neurodevelopment, flexibility, and extremity manipulation exercises and assist them on varied terrains. Provide pain relief using modalities such as hot packs, cold packs, Omni Stim units, neuromuscular and transcutaneous nerve stimulation, and light or deep massage. Program management: continuously monitor patient progress, review and update programs during interim evaluations, and ensure effectiveness. Supervise and guide clinic aides and students, instructing on daily treatment plans and providing expertise. Maintain accurate records and reports; consult with patients, insurers, families, and interdisciplinary therapists. Qualifications Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment. Membership in APTA desirable. Benefits and Development (Full‑time Staff) Benefits for full‑time staff are listed below.
