Inside Sales Manager (Deerfield Beach)

Junk.com is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our inbound sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives on coaching people, improving performance, and using data to drive business outcomes.

As our Inside Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of approximately 6-10 call center agents, manage daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies that improve conversion rates, customer experience, and revenue generation. This role reports directly to company leadership and offers significant visibility and influence within the organization.

We are open to candidates who can work onsite in either our Carrollton, Texas office or our Deerfield Beach, Florida office.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of call center sales agents
• Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer experience, and results
• Monitor and analyze call center KPIs, conversion metrics, and revenue performance
• Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase appointment-setting conversions and team productivity
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development activities
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and call center operations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives
• Present performance updates, recommendations, and operational insights to executive leadership
• Ensure consistent adherence to company standards, processes, and customer service expectations

About the Operation

The majority of customer interactions are inbound calls from consumers seeking junk removal services. The primary objective is scheduling service appointments and maximizing conversion opportunities. Additional outbound activity focuses on customer follow-up and appointment recovery, not cold calling.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center management or supervisory experience
• Experience managing sales-focused call centers
• Proven experience leading and developing call center teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve team performance through coaching and process optimization
• Experience tracking and managing KPI performance
• Ability to communicate strategic recommendations and business results to leadership
• Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within home services, field services, moving, restoration, or related industries
• Exposure to Salesforce, Tableau, Twilio, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in conversion, productivity, quality, or revenue metrics
