Regional Facilities Service Technician

Summary The Regional Facilities Service Technician travels to assigned store locations to perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and support capital improvement projects. This role manages work orders in a CMMS, serves as the on-site contact for contractors, and ensures stores meet safety and brand presentation standards. Responsibilities Travel to stores on a priority schedule to perform carpentry, paint touch-ups, minor plumbing, electrical work, fixture replacement, and basic HVAC troubleshooting. Inspect facilities during each visit and log issues and work orders in the CMMS platform by shift end. Act as on-site point of contact for third-party contractors, overseeing work quality and vendor coordination. Execute preventative maintenance schedules and support capital improvement projects from preparation through post-project inspection. Perform routine safety inspections and report OSHA or workplace safety violations to management. Requirements Hands-on experience with carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, fixture replacement, and use of hand and power tools. Experience using a CMMS or similar work order management platform; construction drawing literacy is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight and after-hours work.
