LaPlante Electric Inc. of Scarborough, ME is currently hiring for an outgoing full-time Customer Service Associate to assist our clients with all their inquiries and ensure they have the best experience with us. This 100% in-office position works full-time, works a flexible schedule based upon clients' needs, and earns a competitive wage of $22 - $24/hour . We are local electrical industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

ABOUT LAPLANTE ELECTRIC INC.
We are a Maine-based family-run company that specializes in electrical services and installations including standby generator and ductless heat pump services. In 1974, Mike LaPlante started this business with only one pickup truck and his work ethic. Since 1974, technology has developed, and our team has grown. We provide quality services, but also value fairness, respect, and honesty. From 24/7 customer service to emergency night or weekend service, we want our clients to be happy. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS
As a Customer Service Associate, you are essential to our electrical services as a client-facing employee! You warmly greet all customers, both by phone and in-person as well as stay in touch with them throughout the project process so they are always well-informed and up-to-date. As a helpful individual, you assist the owners in special customer service-related projects and provide coverage for service, project, and other client experience personnel who is extremely busy or on vacation. You manage client inquiries in a timely manner, respond to social media inquiries, and keep our files updated and organized. You feel good about keeping our clients informed and happy!
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- A love for assuring customer happiness
- A happy and optimistic attitude and disposition
