Property Claims Manager / Property Claims SpecialistLocation: Andover, MA (Hybrid 1-2 days in office) Duration: 12-Month ContractJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Property Claims professional to support and manage the Property Claims Management Program. This role will oversee property loss and business interruption claims activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support insurance recovery and claim resolution efforts.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day property loss and business interruption claims.Coordinate incident communication and claims reporting activitiesWork closely with Operations and Maintenance teams during claim investigations.Prepare and submit insurance claims documentation and required support materialsCoordinate with adjusters and claims consultants throughout the claim lifecycleTrack financial recovery, accounting updates, and claims reportingMaintain claim status updates and support timely closure of open claimsAnalyze claim details and provide recommendations to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in claims managementExperience handling property claims and insurance processesStrong analytical and business decision-making abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Renewable Energy industries.Experience with business interruption claims, financial reporting, and insurance recovery
