About the role:

\n

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized Content & Design Intern to join our team. This role is a fully immersive, hands-on learning experience designed to plunge you directly into the dynamic world of fashion marketing.

\n

\n

Throughout this internship, you will get a behind-the-scenes look at how a fashion brand operates. Beyond daily design and content tasks, you will gain real-world exposure to business processes, marketing platforms, and branding strategy. Work alongside our talented Creative Director, Photographer, and Graphic Designers.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities :

\n

As a Content & Design Intern, your day-to-day will be dynamic, splitting your time between hands-on production support and digital graphic design.

\n

\n

Content Support & Production:

\n

\n
• Photoshoot Prep: Assist in the planning and preparation for upcoming editorial and e-commerce photoshoots.
\n
• On-Set Assistance: Provide hands-on support during shoots, including equipment setup and breakdown.
\n
• Sample Management: Organize and manage product samples before, during, and after shoots.
\n
• Asset Management: Document, organize, and maintain our digital asset library to ensure the team has easy access to current files.
\n

Graphic Design & Marketing Support:

\n

\n
• Asset Support: Reformat graphics into optimized, engaging assets for various social media channels. Generate AI mockups for B2B operations. Prepare and crop visual assets for website product listings.
\n
• Creative Concepting: Actively participate in brainstorming seasonal branding direction.
\n
• Market Research: Research competitor email campaigns and present your findings to the team.
\n
• Data & Analytics: Gather and present email marketing data to help inform future design strategies.
\n
• Team Organization: Update and maintain promotional calendars to keep the marketing and design teams aligned and on track.

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: How an idea goes from a seasonal branding brainstorm to a fully executed photoshoot and social media rollout.

• The Business of Fashion: A deep dive into the strategy, platforms, and daily processes that drive a successful fashion marketing team.

• Data-Driven Design: How to look at email data and competitor research to make informed, strategic design choices.

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications, or a related field.
\n
• Basic knowledge of Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere).
\n
• A strong interest in fashion marketing, e-commerce, and digital content creation.
\n
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
\n
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves on set.

This is an unpaid, part-time internship (15-20 hrs/week, 4-6 months) with a preference for interns who can begin immediately and are eligible for school credit.
