This well-established and growing hearing healthcare organization is seeking an audiologist or hearing instrument specialist for a full-time opportunity in henderson, nv. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys patient interaction, hearing aid sales, and working in a supportive private practice environment with autonomy and strong earning potential. The organization is looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who can provide exceptional hearing healthcare while building long-term relationships within the community.
position highlights:
- full-time mondayfriday schedule
- primarily adult patient population
- focus on routine diagnostics, hearing aid sales, fittings, and follow-up care
- supported by an on-site patient care coordinator
- primarily a solo-provider office with occasional collaboration at nearby busy locations
- opportunity for additional consulting responsibilities with affiliated audiology clinics for providers seeking variety
- established patient flow and strong community presence
key responsibilities:
- conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and tests.
- take ear mold impressions when required.
- fit, program, and adjust hearing aids; provide auditory rehabilitation.
- educate patients and their families on hearing health and device care.
- meet reasonable sales and performance goals.
- participate in community outreach initiatives.
