Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
Perform routine physical examinations and health screenings.
Prescribe medications and treatments as indicated.
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services.
