ERP Application Analyst - Supply Chain

Overview We are seeking a full‑time ERP Application Analyst – Supply Chain to join Garmin’s U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role you will gather and document detailed requirements, collaborate on moderately complex functional and solution designs, and support Oracle eBusiness Suite along with other business applications. Essential Functions Identify advanced test scenarios and test customizations and configurations. Configure, test, implement, and support Oracle eBusiness Suite applications and other business applications. Gather and document detailed requirements for business needs and collaborate to determine functional and solution designs. Demonstrate detailed understanding of the software development lifecycle. Use troubleshooting tools (e.g., myOracleSupport, e‑TRM, Implementation Guides) for moderately complex issues. Plan small to medium‑sized projects or tasks. Contribute to defining feasibility of goals/objectives and participate in project definition activities, including feature analysis and system trade‑offs. Provide reliable solutions using sound problem‑solving techniques, including root‑cause analysis and corrective action. Serve as a mentor to less‑experienced Application Analysts (Application Analyst1). Understand business impacts of issues related to IT‑owned solutions. Support application maintenance activities, including patching and versioning updates. Participate in incident management and corrective actions, identifying interdependencies in programs. Collaborate with co‑located and remote team members and business clients. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or a related field AND 2 years of relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent academics (cumulative GPA ≥3.0). Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions. Experience with one or more of the following module suites: Supply Chain (Order Management, Shipping, WMS). Experience testing custom applications and Oracle patches. Experience with PL/SQL. Experience with Oracle application tools (e.g., Workflow). Experience with Oracle Demantra, Oracle AgilePLM, Kewill Flagship, Management Dynamics Trade Automation applications. Demonstrated quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization. Desired Qualifications Outstanding academics (cumulative GPA ≥3.5). Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools. Experience operating within the Agile project management philosophy, specifically scrum methodology. Experience working with internationally distributed teams and customers to deliver global solutions. Experience with compliance and privacy topics. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong understanding of how processes, data, and technology can enable problem‑solving.
