Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Licensed (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
• Prior experience in a K-8 or school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-8 students
• Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals for holistic support
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain detailed case documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
