Pediatric Rehabilitation Physician

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is seeking a Pediatric Rehabilitation Physician to join our team. Opportunities and Responsibilities Inpatient acute rehabilitation for patients ages 0 to 21, including a new program for infants transitioning from NICU with feeding difficulties, delayed milestones, and anxiety related to handling. Outpatient practice primarily involving cerebral palsy and spasticity management (ITB and Botulinum) with potential involvement in multidisciplinary clinics such as Home Ventilator, Hypertonicity/SDR, Spina Bifida, high‑risk infant program, and Muscular Dystrophy. Teaching opportunities in the PMR residency program. Research support for faculty pursuing projects, especially within the new Totally Infants’ Program. Call participation in the on‑call pool for adult inpatient rehabilitation units, as needed. Typical work hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with Fridays often earlier. Flexible patient visit lengths: 20‑30 min for return visits; 30‑40 min for new patients (subject to new‑hire flexibility). Compensation & Benefits The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based on years of experience and/or faculty rank: $210,000 – $250,000 . This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the department’s individual compensation plans.
