Our client, a leading distribution company in the logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Title: Picker Packer

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 10am-7pm Monday-Thursday then 8am-5pm Fridays. Off Sat/Sun.

What's the Job?

• Use RF/RFI scanners to accurately track and verify product movement within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and stage orders efficiently according to company standards
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or RFI guns strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills or familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
