This leadership role is ideal for an experienced rehabilitation professional who is passionate about improving patient outcomes while guiding a team of Therapists. To provide clinical leadership within the rehab team. Responsible for coordinating all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology) To maintain effective communications with Facility/Center staff, patients, families, and management. To monitor, enhance and expand the rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center Qualifications LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Valid professional license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited school.
