Overview REGULAR PART TIME Service – The Victory Spa, Buckeye, AZ, US Responsibilities Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and guests Interact appropriately with guests and residents through conversation or quiet presence Address guests by name each time they are encountered Follow established protocols to provide consistent, excellent service Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of shift Be knowledgeable and capable of accurately describing and selling services and products offered at the Victory Spa Educate guests on spa and club activities Perform opening and closing responsibilities as assigned Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa Maintain excellent communication with service providers Review bookings and guest notes for the day, checking for booking errors, double bookings, allergies, special requests, etc. Assist guests with rescheduling, canceling, or new bookings as requested Assist with laundry for operators Perform any other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager Schedule Monday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Thursday 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM Sunday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Century-Golf-Partners-1
