**Required Experience and Licensure:** - CO RN License or Compact RN License in good standing - 3 years of experience in related field **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) from the American Heart Association **Additional Requirements for Submission:** - Resume - Copy of RN Verification from Nursys - Copy of BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) - Skills Sheet **Other Information:** - Travel radius requirement: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
