GENERAL DUTIES Welcomes patients and visitors to the hospital. Provides information and directions to locations throughout the hospital for patients and guests. Provides patient information in compliance with the HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies. Assists in improving patient satisfaction. Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern. Receives guest suggestions, complaints and escalates through proper channels. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Does this position formally supervise employees?
