Summary Sales Associates are responsible for achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships by delivering the highest level of customer service while complying with company policies and procedures. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to sales details such as shipping and alterations, and support of store operations. Associates participate in training, maintain the selling floor and stockroom, and adhere to scheduled work hours.
