We're looking for a Door Designer / Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert helping clients choose the perfect garage door solution—balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget. From first consultation to project completion, you’ll guide homeowners and builders through the entire process, ensuring a top-notch experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate existing garage systems and identify structural requirements. Take accurate measurements to ensure the perfect fit for doors and hardware. Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technology to offer the best solutions. Prepare clear and professional proposals , outlining costs, timelines, warranties, and more. Collaborate with suppliers and installation teams to ensure timely and seamless project delivery. What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license (minimum 5 years). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Background in garage doors, construction, or a related industry is a plus . Strong math skills for accurate measurements and estimates. Proficient use of technology and software to manage quotes, orders, and communication.
