General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Location Walmart Supercenter #657, 768 S Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501, US Position Details Employment Type: Part-time Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
