Professional Caregiver Needed in Beech Grove Area
Altra Homecare Group is seeking passionate caregivers to join our growing team! We are a community-based agency dedicated to providing unmatched care for our clients. We focus on building strong relationships and personalized care plans to ensure our patients' well-being.
Make a Difference in Someone's Life
As a caregiver, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' independence and daily needs. You'll provide companionship, assist with personal care tasks, and ensure their safety and comfort in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting/changing
- Prepare easy meals and assist with feeding
- Medication reminders (not administration)
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Aid with transfers
- Companionship and social engagement
- Document care and adhere to protocols
- Preserve a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Emotionally intelligent, composed, and reliable with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
- No previous experience required!
