Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Chestnut Dental seeks an experienced, confident, and highly organized marketing professional to develop and execute marketing strategies across all three offices. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is prepared to manage the day-to-day work required to bring plans to life. The Marketing Manager will lead and own the marketing function.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategy Development

• Develop tailored marketing strategies for each Chestnut Dental practice based on the local competitive landscape, community characteristics, and relevant patient needs.

Brand and Positioning

• Maintain a clear, consistent, and recognizable brand across all practices.
• Establish and maintain brand standards, ensure consistent messaging across offices, and develop the practice’s voice and key messages.
• Identify and clearly communicate what differentiates Chestnut Dental from competing dental practices.
• Ensure each office maintains an appropriate local identity while remaining aligned with the larger organization.

Community Outreach

• Represent Chestnut Dental at community events, local fairs, and school partnerships; coordinate event setup, signage, and giveaways.
• Research and plan sponsorships and outreach opportunities that strengthen visibility in each local community.

SEO and Google Business Presence

• Manage the SEO vendor relationship by setting clear expectations, performance measures, and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure timely follow-through.

Social Media and Content

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish office-specific content.

Patient Experience

• Track the patient inquiry lifecycle from initial contact through completed treatment.
• Identify trends, flag concerns, and escalate findings to management as appropriate.

Education and Experience

• Four or more years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or community relations; experience in healthcare or another service-based industry is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is a plus.
• Confidence using a smartphone to capture photography and produce short-form video content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence representing a trusted community brand.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is strongly preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with analytics, email marketing, and SEO.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

This role requires extended periods of computer work, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and the occasional movement of materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
