As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes. About the Role: As a LPN on our evening shift, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care , including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information in a timely and accurate manner. Developing and implementing individualized care plans with our interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each guest. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals , including physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
