Description The requirement is primarily for a Project Manager (12–16 Years) rather than a highly technical one. Candidates should possess strong project management capabilities, stakeholder management and experience managing deliveries across multiple teams. While an understanding of technology is important, the role does not require deep technical expertise. Data Engineering background is not mandatory; candidates from other technology streams can also be considered. The focus should be on candidates who can effectively manage projects, teams, timelines, risks, and client expectations. Domain & Technology Expectations Domain experience is open and not restricted to any specific industry. Banking and Data Engineering backgrounds can be explored but are not mandatory. Technology stack is also open, evaluation should be driven more by project management competencies than technical specialization.
