Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign On Bonus

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other care staff. Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans to deliver high-quality, safe care. Assign and manage work schedules based on resident needs and staff capabilities. Handle staffing arrangements, including call-ins and unit transfers, and oversee performance evaluations. Ensure smooth unit operations, especially during absences of senior management, using independent judgment and adherence to policies. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred. Current state RN license and CPR certification (or within 90 days of employment).
