Job Description
The Quality Control / Warehouse role is responsible for maintaining high standards in the inspection and management of general goods within a small warehouse environment. This position involves manual quality inspections, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, overseeing inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols to support efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual quality inspections on incoming and outgoing goods
- Manage and track inventory to ensure accuracy and availability
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for timely dispatch and receipt
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and warehouse compliance protocols
- Maintain organized record-keeping relevant to quality and inventory control
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in quality control
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Forklift operation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Understanding of safety standards in warehouse environments
