Mercy South Hospice RN - Intake is a dynamic role responsible for accepting Hospice, Home Health and Home Infusion referrals across acute care, clinics, and select facilities. You will maintain a presence in these settings and deliver outstanding service to discharge planners, social workers, physicians, and patients to facilitate timely discharges. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with a BSN preferred and at least three years of nursing experience, with Hospice/Home Health #J-18808-Ljbffr
