RN/LPN — Long-Term Care   Full-Time/Part-Time

As a nurse in our long-term care setting, you will provide resident-centered nursing care, support clinical decision-making, and work closely with CNAs, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident health, comfort, and quality of life. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies  

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered  

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately  

• Document nursing care, assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately  

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members  

• Supervise and support CNAs as part of the resident care team  

• Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life  

Qualifications  

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania, as applicable  

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate  

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills  

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused  

• Commitment to providing quality care in a long-term care setting

   

Full-time, part-time, and various shifts may be available. Shift differentials may apply. A sign-on bonus may be available for qualifying candidates.
