Welder / Fabricator (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

This schedule supports a strong work-life balance, giving you long weekends to recharge.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding across all positions with specification-compliant quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, written instructions, and verbal directions
• Collaborate with team members to fabricate and assemble metal structures
• Contribute to a positive, safety-focused, and respectful work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience / background welding required
• TIG ASME Pressure Vessel Experience will be given priority consideration
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Fabrication experience is highly valued and will be given priority
